Local Dairy Farm Says Cheese!

Boss Dairy Farm located in Burbank milk about 100 head of cattle. Since 2018  most of the milk produced on their farm has gone into making cheese directly on the farm.  The Ashland Times Gazette heard about Boss Dairy Farm and wrote a nice article about the dairy and how they got started making cheese.
